Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- 2 to 4 working days for major cities across Pakistan.
- Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer depending on the courier service and location.
Order Confirmation
To ensure timely processing and delivery of your order, please provide accurate contact and shipping information when placing your order.
Customers are advised to remain available on the provided phone number so that our customer support team or courier partner can contact them if necessary regarding:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery scheduling
- Address verification
Delivery Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 180 will be applied to all orders across Pakistan.
Additional Information
- Shipping charges will be added to the total order value during checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Haramain Foods.
Order Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel a prepaid order must contact our customer support team within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe may be approved, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
In-Process Orders
Once an order has been marked as "In Process," it means that order preparation, packing, or dispatch procedures have already begun.
At this stage:
- The order can no longer be canceled.
- Refund requests will not be accepted.
