Return and Exchange Eligibility

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

You may request a return or exchange if the product received is:

  • Expired or compromised in quality
  • Missing items or incomplete compared to the order placed

To facilitate a smooth claim process, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging as evidence of the issue.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All labels, seals, protective stickers, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must remain attached and intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use, tampering, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery.

Haramain Foods reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange request.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Opened food products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items that have been partially consumed or used
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging

Any return request that does not meet the eligibility requirements may be declined.

Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

When submitting a request, please provide:

  • Contact details
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Supporting photographs or videos, where applicable

Refund Policy

Products purchased directly through the Haramain Foods website must be returned to our Customer Service Department for refund processing.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Haramain Foods reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
